对无钙透析液与含钙透析液在枸橼酸抗凝CRRT的有效性、安全性进行评价  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of calcium free dialysate and calcium containing dialysate in continuous renal replacement therapy with citrate anticoagulation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入选者需满足CRRT治疗指征（满足其一）：严重的充血性心力衰竭、严重的酸碱失衡及电解质紊乱、急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury, AKI）2-3期、围术期预防造影剂肾病、联合体外膜肺氧合（extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, ECMO）。

Inclusion criteria

The patients should meet the CRRT treatment indications (1): severe congestive heart failure, severe acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disorder, acute kidney injury (AKI) stage 2-3, perioperative prevention of contrast induced nephropathy, combined with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).

排除标准：

严重的肝功能异常（Child-Pugh C级）、难以纠正的低氧血症（PO2<60mmHg）、高钙血症（血钙>2.8mmol/L）、高钠血症（血钠>150mmol/L）、代谢性碱中毒（HCO3->27mmol/L）。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe liver dysfunction (child Pugh grade C), uncorrectable hypoxemia (PO2 < 60mmhg), hypercalcemia (blood calcium > 2.8mmol/l), hypernatremia (blood sodium > 150mmol / L), metabolic alkalosis (HCO3 - > 27mmol / L).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本项目由专门数据管理员负责将原始住院病历中的数据录入病历记录表中（Excel表格），并进行双人交叉核对。数据储存在安全的、加密保护的数据库中，数据库定期进行备份。主要研究者定期监测数据质量及研究进程。研究结束后所有数据锁定，由研究者无限期保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this project, the special data administrator is responsible for inputting the data in the original inpatient medical record into the case record form (Excel) and cross checking by two persons. The data is stored in a secure and encrypted database, which is backed up regularly. The main researchers regularly monitor the data quality and research progress. After the end of the study, all data were locked and kept by the researcher indefinitely.
