研究目的：

本项目拟针对结直肠癌预后的预测问题，通过无监督聚类鉴定肿瘤的分子亚型，使用 LASSO Cox 回归模型对影像数据进行特征提取，使用将影像组学特征与分子分型结合的方法开发影像组特征的标志物， 建立基于影像组学的结直肠癌预后预测模型，通过仅包含 CT 影像数据的临床队列验证预测效果，为更加经济有效地评估结直肠癌临床预后提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Although molecular biomarkers based on the gene expression profiles have important role in predicting prognosis of CRC patients, but some challenges are still need to face, like high expenditure, long detection time. A number of studies have reported that medical image features can be a complement to the current staging strategies for cancer. To make full use of the rich imaging resource and develop an image-based biomarkers of CRC patients, we conducted an integrative analysis combining genomic data and imaging features for dissecting intratumor heterogeneity and developing radiogenomic signatures to predict prognostic.

纳入标准：

经病理诊断为结直肠癌患者；有完整病历资料、病理报告及术前增强CT；有随访信息；有测序数据

Inclusion criteria

Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed pathologically, with complete medical records, pathology reports and preoperative enhanced CT, with follow-up information, with gene-sequencing data.

排除标准：

随访信息缺失的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients without follow-up information.
