研究目的：

探讨一期尿道成形术与Bracka术治疗重度尿道下裂的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of one-stage urethroplasty and Bracka procedure in patients with Proximal hypospadias.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性；
2.符合重度尿道下裂诊断标准:尿道开口位于阴茎根部、阴囊或会阴部；
3.对本次研究的目的、价值、意义以及可能会出现的危险情况充分了解，签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male;
2. Proximal hypospadias;
3. Patients who voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent after obtaining full information.

排除标准：

1.血常规，凝血功能异常患者；
2.合并心、脑、肝、肾等重要器官疾病；
3.伴有智力问题、精神疾病、全身血液系统疾病、免疫疾病患者及内分泌系统疾病；
4.心肺功能异常、严重糖尿病等不适宜手术患者；
5.已接受过尿道重建或包皮环切手术治疗的患者；
6.合并其他内分泌轴异常，如肾上腺疾病（CAH、17强化酶缺乏症等）、垂体功能低下症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With abnormal blood routine testes, coagulation function;
2. With serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney;
3. With mental problems, mental illness, systemic blood system diseases, immune diseases and endocrine system diseases;
4. Complicated with other serious complications or serious underlying iseases, such as cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe diabetes;
4. Previous penile or urethral surgery;
5. Combined with other endocrine axis abnormalities, such as adrenal diseases (CAH, 17 enhancement enzyme deficiency, etc.) and pituitary dysfunction.
