研究目的：

本研究旨在通过多中心、前瞻性队列研究，评估导管消融术对HFpEF患者心房颤动的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation in patients with HFpEF in a multicenter, prospective cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁≤年龄≤85岁；
2. 符合中华医学会心血管病学分会发布的“中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南 2018”中HFpEF诊断标准；
3. 阵发性或持续性心房颤动
4. 行心房颤动射频消融治疗或药物治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.18 ≤ Age ≤85 years;

2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of HFpEF in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China 2018" issued by the Chinese Society of Cardiology of The Chinese Medical Association;

Paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation

4. Radiofrequency ablation or drug therapy for atrial fibrillation;

排除标准：

1. 心力衰竭是由限制性心肌病、活动性心肌炎、缩窄性心包炎、肥厚性心肌病或瓣膜病引起；
2. 左心房内径≥55mm
3.急性冠脉综合征或近半年内行血运重建治疗、严重肝肾功能损害、肿瘤或血液系统疾病。
4. 妊娠或正准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
5. 根据研究者判断,患者不能完成本研究或不能遵守本研究的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart failure is caused by restrictive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or valvular disease;

2. Left atrium diameter ≥55mm

3. Acute coronary syndrome or revascularization treatment within the last six months, severe liver and kidney function impairment, tumor or hematological diseases.

4. Women who are pregnant or planning to be pregnant and breast-feeding;

5. According to the investigator's judgment, the patient could not complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study.
