研究目的:

主要目的: 1.探究AI模型在治疗方式(复位或手术等)选择上的辅助作用; 2.将AI模型从识别桡骨远端骨折AO分型,推广到识别长管状骨乃至全身骨骼骨折AO分型,构建完善的全身骨折自动识别及AO分型的AI应用平台。  

Objectives of Study:

Main purpose: 1. Explore the auxiliary role of the AI model in the selection of treatment methods (reduction or surgery, etc.); 2. Extend the AI model from identifying the AO classification of distal radius fractures to identifying the AO classification of long tubular bones and even whole-body skeletal fractures, and construct a complete AI application platform for automatic identification of whole-body fractures and AO classification.

纳入标准:

1.已做X光的桡骨远端骨折的患者;
2.诊断为“桡骨远端骨折”;
3.图像质量满意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with X-ray fractures of the distal radius;
2. Diagnosed as "distal radius fracture";
3. The image quality is satisfactory.

排除标准:

影像图像质量差(存在运动伪影等,难以进行图像校正)。

Exclusion criteria:

Image quality is poor (there are motion artifacts, etc., so image correction is difficult).

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

由研究生负责收集本单位桡骨远端骨折病人的X线片,并做好信息记录,并存储于本研究的深度学习机; 由项目参与人孙德顺负责数据的管理,并存储于本研究的深度学习机。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The graduate students are responsible for collecting the X-ray films of patients with distal radius fracture in our unit, and recording the information and storing it in the deep learning machine of this study. Sun Deshun, a participant of the project, is responsible for the management of the data, which is stored in the deep learning machine of this study.
