通过不同味觉刺激结合机械性和冷刺激实验性疼痛测量来评估味觉刺激对疼痛敏感性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the possible effect of different taste stimulation on human experimental pain sensitivity (including pressure pai nand cold pain) in a Chinese population

纳入标准：

20-35岁
在校学生
健康受试者
右利手

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20 to 35 years;
2. Undergraduates;
3. Healthy subjects;
4. Right-handed.

排除标准：

疼痛疾病史
月经期、怀孕或哺乳期女性
实验前3个月服用镇痛药物
心理疾病如焦虑抑郁症
无法完成实验步骤
重度吸烟或酗酒
阿片药物应用或吸毒史
伴随心脏、肝脏等系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of pain disorders;
2. Menstrual period,during pregnancy or lactation period;
3. Alcohol or drug abuse;
4. Analgesics use within 3 months;
5. Heavy smoking or excessive drinking;
6. Severe cardiovascular diseases Kidney or liver diseases;
7. Incapable to complete the experiment.
