研究目的：

探讨微信教育对维持性血液透析患者自我管理和知识的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of text messaging education to improve the self-management in patients during maintenance hemodialysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18 周岁以上慢性肾病血液透析患者；透析时间大于3个月；每周规律血透 2～3 次，透析充分；意识清醒、智力正常，有良好表达能力；有手机并会使用微信软件。

Inclusion criteria

aged 18 years or older, treatment duration of greater than 3 months, undergoing dialysis equal to or greater than twice a week, the ability to communicate both in the oral and written format without assistance, willing to use Wechat software.

排除标准：

肾脏移植手术后患者；严重心理障碍、精神失常者；严重视、听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

suffered from a mental illness, had severe audiovisual disorders or those who had a renal transplant
