研究目的：

丙泊酚是目前临床应用最广泛的麻醉药物,以独特的药学特性和优异的麻醉质量确立了其在静脉麻醉中牢固的地位,有起效快、作用时间短的优势。在临床中应用最为广泛；传统丙泊酚注射痛发生率可高达60-70%,注射痛引起患者不适,影响患者认同感;循环抑制相关的心率减慢和低血压最常见。环泊酚注射液是我国自主研发的一类新药,是短效GABAA受体激动剂。通过增强GABAA受体介导的离子通道,使氯离子内流,引起神经细胞膜超极化从而实现中枢神经抑制。环泊酚效价为丙泊酚的4-5倍;环泊酚麻醉镇静效果呈剂量依赖性;效价更高,安全性更好,治疗窗更宽。经临床试验证实环泊酚在注射痛和呼吸抑制方面有了很大的改进,可提高患者的安全性和满意度。目前环泊酚的临床应用经验少且应用范围窄,多用于消化道内镜检查中的镇静和全身麻醉诱导,日间手术是近几年国家推行的新的医疗模式,具有减少患者院内感染、加快床位周转,节约医疗资源等优势。日间手术的麻醉要求患者能在短时间内得到快速恢复, 环泊酚能否安全用于日间手术患者,目前国内研究不多。本研究拟采用随机双盲对照观察环泊酚在妇科日间手术麻醉中的有效性和安全性,以期为临床医生提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Propofol is the most widely used anesthetic drug in clinical practice. With its unique pharmaceutical characteristics and excellent anesthetic quality, propofol has established a firm position in intravenous anesthesia, and has the advantages of fast acting and short acting time. It is most widely used in clinical practice. Traditional propofol injection pain rate can be as high as 60-70%, injection pain causes discomfort in patients, affecting their sense of identity; Circulatory inhibition associated with slow heart rate and hypotension is most common. Cyclopofol injection is a kind of new drug independently developed in China, which is a short-acting GABAA receptor agonist. By enhancing GABAA receptor-mediated ion channels, chloride ions flow in, causing hyperpolarization of nerve membranes to achieve CNS inhibition. The titer of cyclopofol was 4-5 times that of propofol. The sedative effect of cyclopofol anesthesia was dose-dependent. Higher titer, better safety, wider treatment window. In clinical trials, cyclopofol has been shown to improve injection pain and respiratory depression, improving patient safety and satisfaction. At present, cyclopofol has little clinical application experience and a narrow application scope. It is mostly used for sedation and induction of general anesthesia in gastrointestinal endoscopy. Day surgery is a new medical mode implemented by China in recent years, which has the advantages of reducing patients' nosocomial infection, accelerating bed turnover and saving medical resources. Anesthesia in day surgery requires patients to recover quickly in a short time. However, there are few domestic studies on whether cyclopofol can be safely used in day surgery patients. This study intends to observe the efficacy and safety of cyclopofol in anesthesia during gynecological day surgery by randomized double-blind control, in order to provide reference for clinicians.

纳入标准：

1、2022年1月-2022年6月在我院行宫腔镜、宫颈锥切或其他的妇科日间手术的患者200例
2、18-64岁女性
3、ASA分级1-2级
4、签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

1. From January 2022 to June 2022, 200 patients received hysteroscopy, cervical coning or other gynecological day surgery in our hospital
2. Women aged 18-64
3. ASA 1-2
4. The informed consent is signed

排除标准：

1、对大豆和相关药物过敏者
2、孕妇,哺乳期妇女
3、静脉通路无法在腕部建立者
4、手术时间短于10分钟或超过45分钟者
5、术中及随访资料缺失者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to soy and related drugs
2, pregnant women, breast-feeding women
3. Venous access cannot be established at the wrist
4. The operation time is less than 10 minutes or more than 45 minutes
5. Missing intraoperative and follow-up data
