研究目的：

主要目的：开发中青年AMI患者适应性干预方案并通过临床随机对照研究进行验证，形成预防中青年AMI患者适应不良的发生的有效干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The adaptive intervention scheme for young and middle-aged AMI patients was developed and verified through clinical randomized controlled studies, so as to form an effective intervention mode to prevent maladaptation in young and middle-aged AMI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合国际心脏病学会急性心肌梗死诊断标准；②首次确诊为急性心肌梗死；③年龄≧18岁并<65岁；④经过筛查，存在适应不良风险；⑤意识清楚，具有一定听说读写能力，能独立填写测量问卷；⑥自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① It meets the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction of the International Society of Cardiology; ② Acute myocardial infarction was diagnosed for the first time; ③ Age ≥ 18 years old and <65 years old; (4) After screening, there is a risk of maladaptation; (5) clear consciousness, with certain listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can fill in the questionnaire independently; Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①采用冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗的患者；②合并其他重要器官（包括肝、肺、肾、脑）功能严重损害或患恶性肿瘤的患者；③患痴呆或其他精神科疾病者；④拒绝或无法使用中青年AMI健康管理云平台者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients treated with coronary artery bypass grafting; ② patients with severe impairment of other important organs (including liver, lung, kidney and brain) or malignant tumors; ③ People suffering from dementia or other psychiatric diseases; (4) refused or unable to use the young and middle-aged AMI health management cloud platform.
