主要目的： 1.运动负荷试验临床应用安全性-更新数据； 2.运动负荷试验中国人参考值； 3.气体代谢指标在冠心病早期诊断中的价值； 4.运动负荷试验关键指标对心胸外科手术评估的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1.Safety of clinical application of exercise stress test - updated data; 2.Chinese reference value of sports load test; 3.To explore the value of gas metabolism index in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 4.The value of key indexes of exercise stress test in cardiothoracic surgery evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.中南大学湘雅医院心脏康复中心进行至少1次运动负荷试验；
2.因常规体检进行试验的健康成年人（年龄>=18岁）；
3.运动负荷试验后1年内进行了冠脉造影检查的患者；
4.测试指征为心胸外科术前风险评估的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University conducts at least one exercise stress test;
2.Healthy adults (age >=18 years old) who are tested due to routine physical examination;
3.Patients who underwent coronary angiography within 1 year after the exercise stress test;
4.Patients whose test indication is preoperative risk assessment for cardiothoracic surgery.

排除标准：

1.因不配合未按要求完成的测试；
2.现有疾病；运动试验有阳性发现；
3.气体代谢指标在冠心病早期诊断中的价值。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The test was not completed as required due to non-cooperation;
2.Existing disease; positive findings on exercise test;
3.The value of gas metabolism indexes in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
