研究目的：

尽管超声引导锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞时上肢手术完善可靠的方法，超声引导下臂丛阻滞有不同的入路。我们比较周围注射法和中心注射法的有效性、安全性、并发症等不同。  

Objectives of Study：

Although ultrasound-guided supraclavicular block has a complete and reliable block for upper extremity surgery, there are many different approaches to ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block (US-SCBPB). We compared efficacy, safety and complications of US-SCBPB by central versus surrounding injection technique for local anesthetic.

纳入标准：

ASA I-III，手、腕、前臂、肘部手术患者

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III patients undergoing surgery of hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow surgeries

排除标准：

凝血疾病、注射部位感染、严重肺部疾病、孕期、哺乳期、小于18大于80

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were presence of coagulopathy, infection at the injection site, and allergy to local anesthetics, severe pulmonary pathology, current pregnancy, breastfeeding, age younger than 18 or older than 80 years, mental incapacity precluding informed consent or preexisting neuropathy in the operative limb.
