研究目的：

本研究回顾性分析急性主动脉夹层、急性肺栓塞、急性心肌梗死患者入急诊时的D-dimer水平，明确其对疾病诊断与排除诊断的价值，探讨其影响因素，明确其在疾病鉴别诊断方面的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate retrospectively the role of D-dimer in patients with acute aortic dissection, acute pulmonary embolism and acute myocardial infarction, and its value in the diagnosis, exclusion and differential diagnosis,and discuss its influencing factors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄大于等于18周岁,2、所有急性主动脉夹层、急性肺栓塞患者的最终诊断均由CT血管成像（CTA）明确，而急性心肌梗死患者的最终诊断由冠状动脉造影(CAG)或者随之升高的肌钙蛋白明确

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged older than 18 years;
2. Definite diagnoses of AAD and PE were confirmed by CTA and those for AMI were confirmed by CAG and subsequent elevation of troponin I.

排除标准：

1、患者病例记录信息不全； 2、患者或家属拒绝该研究的主要检查；3、急性创伤性主动脉夹层

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose medical records contained insufficient data,2.Patients or relatives refuse to do the main medical tests of this study,3.Acute traumatic aortic dissection was excluded

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

所有急性主动脉夹层、急性肺栓塞患者的最终诊断均由CT血管成像（CTA）明确，而急性心肌梗死患者的最终诊断由冠状动脉造影(CAG)或者随之升高的肌钙蛋白明确

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Definite diagnoses of AAD and PE were confirmed by CTA and those for AMI were confirmed by CAG and subsequent elevation of troponin I.
