研究目的：

探究肌骨超声半定量分级与类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者关节活动度之间的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between semi-quantitative musculoskeletal ultrasound grading and joint mobility in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有患者均符合2010年由美国风湿病学会和欧洲抗风湿病联盟制订的RA诊断标准；
2.年龄范围20-65岁；
3.病历资料齐全；
4.意识清楚能够配合进行调研；
5.患者对本次调研过程、方法、原理清楚明白并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for RA formulated by the American College of Rheumatology and the European League Against Rheumatism in 2010;
2. Aged range 20-65 years;
3. Complete medical records;
4. Have a clear awareness and be able to cooperate with the investigation;
5. The patients clearly understood the research process, methods and principles and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并精神疾病；
2.合并免疫系统疾病；
3.合并其他关节疾病；
4.合并其他器质性疾病如冠心病、肾衰竭等；
5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
6.近期急性外伤；
7.近期服用激素类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with mental illness;
2. Combined immune system diseases;
3. Combined with other joint diseases;
4. Combined with other organic diseases such as coronary heart disease, renal failure, etc.;
5. Pregnant or lactating patients;
6. Recent acute trauma;
7. Those who have recently taken hormone drugs.
