研究目的：

（1）评估菌群移植在中重度特应性皮炎患者中的安全性、有效性和耐受性。 （2）探索菌群移植治疗特应性皮炎的可能免疫学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the safety, efficacy and tolerance of fecal microbiota transplantation in patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. (2) To explore the possible immunological mechanism of fecal microbiota transplantation in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）性别不限；
（2）年龄≥18岁且≤65周岁；
（3）符合Hanifin-Rajka诊断标准（见附件1），排除感染、肿瘤及其他结缔组织病而诊断AD的患者。
（4）筛选期间满足SCORAD (见附件2) 评分为≥40分；
（5）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项目并能按要求完成随访者。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Male or female.
（2）Aged ≥18, and≤65.
（3）Atopic dermatitis defined by the Hanifin-Rajka diagnostic criteria, excluded from infection , tumor and other connective tissue diseases.
（4）SCORAD≥40.
（5）Be able to understand and provide written information.

排除标准：

（1）患有恶性肿瘤或在筛选前5年内有恶性肿瘤病史。
（2）存在可能干扰疗效评价的其他炎性皮肤疾病，包括但不限于银屑病、副银屑病、嗜酸细胞增多性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎、接触性皮炎等。
（3）具有严重心、脑、肺、肝、肾、血液等重要器官系统疾病，研究者认为不适宜参与本研究的患者。
（4）在研究首次移植前4周内接受过系统应用糖皮质激素、雷公藤、环孢素、甲氨蝶呤等免疫抑制剂治疗，或3个月内接受过生物制剂治疗，例如度普利尤单抗和奥马珠单抗等。
（5）4周内使用过抗微生物的药物、益生菌/元制剂及调节肠道微生态治疗及其他对肠道菌群有较大影响的药物。
（6）已知的目前有活动性结核等活动性或复发性的严重感染。
（7）先天性免疫缺陷或先天性免疫力低下者。
（8）吸毒、酗酒或精神异常，无法合作或不能坚持治疗、预知依从性差的患者；
（9）备孕期妇女、孕妇及哺乳期妇女。
（10）患者同时正参加其他临床试验研究。
（11）任何因其它原因研究者认为不宜参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Malignant tumor or have a history of malignant tumor within 5 years before screening.
(2) There are other inflammatory skin diseases that may interfere with efficacy evaluation, including but not limited to psoriasis, parapsoriasis, eosinophilic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, etc.
(3) Patients with serious diseases of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, blood and other important organs and systems are not suitable to participate in this study.
(4) Systemic immunosuppressive agents such as glucocorticoid, Tripterygium wilfordii, cyclosporine and methotrexate were given within 4 weeks before the first transplantation, or biological agents such as dupilumab and omalizumab were given within 3 months.
(5) Within 4 weeks, they used Anti-microbial drugs, probiotics / probiotics, intestinal microecological therapy and other drugs were given within 4 weeks before the first transplantation,which might have a great impact on intestinal flora.
(6) Known active or recurrent severe infections such as active tuberculosis.
(7) Congenital immunodeficiency or hypoimmunity.
(8) Drug addicts, alcoholics or mental disorders, unable to cooperate or insist on treatment, poor compliance of prediction.
(9) Preparing pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women.
(10) Patients are also participating in other clinical trials.
(11) For any other reason, the researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this trial.
