研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机临床实验，对比微创接骨板技术（MIPO技术）与传统的切开复位钢板螺钉内固定手术，评估不同手术方案的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to compare the minimally invasive plate technique (MIPO technique) with traditional open reduction and internal fixation with plates and screws through a randomized clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of different surgical options.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿参与本临床研究
2.符合儿童复杂胫骨骨折；
3.愿意接受手术治疗；
4.既往未经手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntary participation in this clinical study
2. In line with complex tibial fractures in children;
3. Willing to accept surgical treatment;
4. No previous surgical treatment.

排除标准：

患者身体客观条件不能耐受术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient's physical condition could not tolerate surgical treatment.
