研究目的：

手术是治疗复杂儿童胫骨骨折的主要方法。对于手术的指征，临床上比较一致。手术具体的方案，却一直存在争议。本研究旨在通过随机临床实验，对比微创接骨板技术（MIPO技术）与传统的切开复位钢板螺钉内固定手术，评估不同手术方案的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Surgery is the main method to treat complex tibial fracture in children. The indications of operation are consistent in clinical practice. The specific plan of the operation, however, has been controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive plate grafting (MIPO) versus conventional open reduction plate and screw internal fixation in a randomized clinical trial.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参与本临床研究
（2）符合儿童复杂胫骨骨折；
（3）愿意接受手术治疗；
（4）既往未经手术治疗；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Volunteer to participate in this clinical study
(2) Complicated tibial fracture in children;
(3) willing to accept surgical treatment;
(4) No previous surgical treatment;

排除标准：

（1）患者主观不接受手术治疗
（2）患者身体客观条件不能耐受术治疗
（3）患者及家属因为任何原因拒绝参与该研究

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients subjectively did not accept surgical treatment
(2) The patient's physical objective condition could not tolerate the surgical treatment
(3) Patients and their family members refused to participate in the study for any reason
