药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 18岁≤年龄≤80岁
2. AHI≥5次/小时

Inclusion criteria

1. 18≤age≤80
2. AHI≥ 5 events/h

排除标准：

1. OSA治疗过，包括CPAP，口腔矫治器，手术
2. 慢性心、肝、肺、肾、血液系统、风湿免疫系统及恶性肿瘤病史
3. 患者报告有严重的日间嗜睡ESS＞15分
4. 10%以上的记录时间内血氧饱和度＜80%及最低血氧饱和度＜70%
5. 其他研究者认为适合入组的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with OSA have been treated, including CPAP, oral appliance, or surgery.
2. Medical history of chronic heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood system, rheumatic immune system, or malignant tumor
3. Patients self-reported severe daytime sleepiness with ESS > 15
4. Considered to have an increased risk of an accident from falling asleep, if they had very severe hypoxemia (oxygen
saturation <80% for >10% of recording time)and lowest blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)＜70%
