验证氢气吸入对儿童自闭症患者的效应和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effect and safety of hydrogen inhalation in children with autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

吸氢方法： 吸入方式：鼻导管吸入。 鼻导管使用采取单人单管，自我保管、依次清消。 吸入时间：每次连续不间断吸入不小于 45 分钟，每天累积吸入不少于 1.5 小时，每周连续 5 天（工作日），周末（两天）休息；长假（连续大于 7 天）期间，需要度假前、后分别评估，以便估算短时脱离的时效性。 总体持续时间：筛选期 7 天，入组第 1 天至入组第 180 天（±7 天）为观察期 。 吸入流量：2 L/min.--3 L/min.  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Hydrogen absorption method: Inhalation mode: Nasal catheter inhalation. Nasal catheter use to take a single single tube, self-custody, in turn clear. Inhalation time: Each continuous continuous inhalation is not less than 45 minutes, the cumulative inhalation per day is not less than 1.5 hours, 5 consecutive days per week (weekdays), weekend (two days) rest, long vacation (continuous greater than 7 days), need to be assessed before and after the holiday, in order to estimate the timeliness of short-term separation. Overall duration: The filtering period is 7 days, and the observation period is from day 1 to day 180 (±7 days) of the group. Inhalation flow: 2 L/min.-3 L/min.  

纳入标准：

1.符合自闭症（孤独症）的诊断标准；
2.年龄限定在2-12岁；
3.有家长或亲人陪伴参与吸氢；
4.依从性良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for autism (autism);
2. Aged 2 to 12 years old;
3. Parents or relatives accompany them to participate in hydrogen absorption;
4. Good compliance;

排除标准：

1.精神障碍患者；
2.伴有严重肢体残缺患者；
3.明显智力缺陷患者；
4.伴有严重失能患者；
5.患有严重感染性疾病或传染性疾病；
6.服用精神类药物者；
7.服用消炎药物者；
8.不能提供正确信息信息者；
9.研究者认为不适合的参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With mental disorders;
2. Accompanied with severe limb disability;
3. With obvious intellectual disabilities;
4. Accompanied by severe inactivity;
5. Have a serious infectious disease or infectious disease;
6. Taking psychotropic drugs;
7. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs;
8. Cannot provide the correct information;
9. Researchers do not consider appropriate.
