研究目的：

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the safety of the clinical application of exercise testing in the Chinese population. 2. To demonstrate the characteristics and reference values for exercise testing in the Chinese Population. 3. To explore the value of gas metabolism index in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease. 4. To explore the value of key parameters of exercise testing in predicting the complications of cardiothoracic surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.运动负荷试验临床应用安全性:中南大学湘雅医院心脏康复中心进行至少1次运动负荷试验.
2.运动负荷试验中国人参考值:因常规体检进行试验的健康成年人（年龄≥18岁）.
3.气体代谢指标在冠心病早期诊断中的价值:运动负荷试验后1年内进行了冠脉造影检查的患者.
4.测试指征为心胸外科术前风险评估的患者:测试指征为心胸外科术前风险评估的患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. The safety of the clinical application of exercise testing in the Chinese population: at least one exercise load test conducted in the rehabilitation center of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University;
2. The characteristics and reference values for exercise testing in the Chinese Population: healthy adults (aged >=18 years old) with routine physical examinations;
3. The value of gas metabolism index in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease: patients who underwent coronary angiography within one year after their exercise load test;
4. The value of key parameters of exercise testing in predicting the complications of cardiothoracic surgery: patients whose test indicate preoperative risk assessment of cardiothoracic surgery.

排除标准：

1.运动负荷试验临床应用安全性-更新数据:因不配合未按要求完成的测试
2.运动负荷试验中国人参考值:现有疾病；运动试验有阳性发现；重复的测试 （只取第一次测试数据）
3.气体代谢指标在冠心病早期诊断中的价值:重复的测试 （只取第一次测试数据）
4.测试指征为心胸外科术前风险评估的患者:重复的测试 （只取术前测试数据）

Exclusion criteria：

1. The safety of the clinical application of exercise testing in the Chinese population - update data: test not completed as required due to an inability to cooperate;
2. The characteristics and reference values for exercise testing in the Chinese Population: with diseases; negative outcome in exercise test; repeated test (only the first test data are taken);
3. The value of gas metabolism index in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease: repeated test (only the first test data are taken);
4. The value of key parameters of exercise testing in predicting the complications of cardiothoracic surgery: repeated test (only preoperative test data are taken).
