研究目的：

观察术前服用多维碳水化合物饮料—术能（Outfast），能否改善日间口腔外科全麻手术患者的术后恢复质量、提高患者幸福感和满意度，以及减少不良反应的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether taking multi-dimensional carbohydrate beverage - outfast before operation can improve the quality of postoperative recovery in parents undergoing daytime oral surgery under general anesthesia , improve patients' happiness and satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、日间口腔外科全麻手术（当日上午12点前），ASA I-II级；
2、年龄18-65岁；
3、BMI 18-30 kg/m2；
4、沟通交流正常；
5、自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Daytime oral surgery under general anesthesia (before 12 a.m. of the same day), ASAI-II;

2. Age 18-65 years;

3. BMI 18-30 kg/m 2;

4. Normal communication;

5.Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1、I或II型糖尿病史;
2、其他内分泌系统疾病：垂体瘤、皮质醇增多征、嗜铬细胞瘤等;
3、胃排空障碍、胃食管反流病、胃肠道手术史;
4、精神心理疾病：如精神分裂、抑郁症、慢性镇痛药物服用史、酗酒史、阿片类药物依赖者;
5、不能理解术后恢复质量15项量表（QoR-15）;
6、不能理解数字评分量表（NRS）;
7、帕金森、脑梗史、阿尔兹海默症、失眠症;
8、出血性疾病史或凝血功能异常者;
9、术前生活不能自理。

Exclusion criteria：

1.I or II diabetes history;

2.Other endocrine system diseases: pituitary adenoma, cortisol increasing sign, pheochromocytoma, etc;

3.Gastric emptying disorder, gastroesophageal reflux disease, history of gastrointestinal surgery;

4.Mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drugs, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence;

5.The 15 items of quality of recovery (QoR-15) can not be understood;

6.The Digital Rating Scale (NRS) can not be understood;

7.Parkinson's disease, history of cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, insomnia;

8.History of hemorrhagic disease or abnormal coagulation function;

9.Preoperative life can not take care of themselves.

研究者按照患者入组的先后顺序，对患者进行从小到大编号。然后在随机数表上按顺序选取随机号，每一个患者编号均对应一随机数字。若患者编号所对应的随机数是奇数时，则该患者进入实验组。同理，若患者编号所对应的随机数是偶数时，则该患者进入对照组。从而将受试者随机分为两组。
