研究目的：

通过对血清生物标志物、炎性因子、呼吸力学、术后肺部并发症的监测，明确肺保护性通气对俯卧位脊柱手术患者围术期肺功能的影响，为降低围术期肺部并发症提供更多方法，为麻醉术中管理提供可靠依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the monitoring of serum biomarkers, inflammatory factors, respiratory mechanics and postoperative pulmonary complications, the effects of pulmonary protective ventilation on perioperative lung function of patients undergoing prone spine surgery were determined, so as to provide more methods for reducing perioperative pulmonary complications and reliable basis for anesthesia management.

纳入标准：

ASA分级II～III级，性别不限，年龄大于18周岁，BMI：18.5～23.9kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grade II ~ III, gender unlimited, age over 18 years old, BMI: 18.5 ~ 23.9kg/m2.

排除标准：

患自身免疫性疾病；术前合并呼吸系统疾病、严重感染；术前卧床时间 ＞１个月；术前应用呼吸机。

Exclusion criteria：

Autoimmune diseases; Preoperative complications of respiratory disease and severe infection; Preoperative bed rest time > 1 month; Ventilators were used before surgery.
