主要目的：探讨工作记忆训练（倒背广度训练与复杂广度训练）对轻度注意障碍人群认知改善及脑机制研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the effect of working memory training (forward span training and complex span training) on cognitive improvement and brain mechanism of mild attention impairment.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-30岁；
2.汉族；
3.性别不限；
4.右利手；
5.本科及以上文化水平；
6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 30 years;
2. Han nationality;
3. No gender limit;
4. Right-handed;
5. Bachelor degree or above;
6. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴随严重器质性疾病；
2.精神及神经系统精神病史和疾病家族史；
3.颅脑外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied by serious organic diseases;
2. Mental and neuropsychiatric history and family history of diseases;
3. History of head trauma.
