研究目的：

主要目的：明确VSD负压封闭引流技术应用于尿道下裂术后包扎是否可以提高尿道下裂一次手术成功率，降低术后并发症（如尿瘘、阴茎头裂开、尿道狭窄等）的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To determine whether the application of vacuum sealing drainage in postoperative dressing of hypospadias can improve the successful rate of single operation, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications (such as urinary fistula, cleavage of the glans, urethral stricture, etc.).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性，确诊为尿道下裂患儿；
2.拟行一期尿道成形术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Boy diagnosed with hypospadias;
2. Underwent one-stage urethroplasty.

排除标准：

1、既往曾行阴茎或尿道手术；
2、需分期手术；
3、合并其他严重合并症或严重基础性疾病，如糖尿病，血友病等；
4、两性畸形患儿；
5、仅行尿道口前移患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous penile or urethral surgery;
2. Staged surgery is required;
3. Complicated with other serious complications or serious underlying diseases, such as diabetes, hemophilia, etc;
4, Patients with disorder of sex development;
5. Patients only need meatal advancement.
