综合应用 PSG、基于静息态、任务态的 fMRI 等多种研究方法，对 ID 合并 FNE 的神经影像学机制进行系统深入研究。  

Objectives of Study：

With the comprehensive application of PSG, fMRI based on resting state and task state, the neuroimaging mechanism of ID combined with FNE was studied systematically and deeply.

纳入标准：

1.失眠障碍患者标准：符合DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, DSM) 诊断标准的失眠障碍; 年龄18-65岁，男女不限，汉族，右利手；初中及以上学历, MMSE≥24分；过去三个月内的日常就寝时间介于晚上9点至凌晨1点之间，且日常每晚在床上的时间＞7小时。
2.健康睡眠者标准：符合文献报道健康睡眠者的标准[14]; 年龄18-65岁，男女不限，汉族，右利手；初中及以上学历, MMSE≥24分；过去三个月内的日常就寝时间介于晚上9点至凌晨1点之间，且日常每晚在床时间≥7小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Criteria for insomnia patients: insomnia that meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, DSM); age 18-65, male or female, Han nationality, right-handed; junior high school and above, MMSE >=24 minutes; the daily bedtime in the past three months was between 9pm and 1am, and the daily bedtime every night>7 hours.
2. Standards for healthy sleepers: meet the standards for healthy sleepers reported in the literature [14]; 18-65 years old, male and female, Han nationality, right-handed; junior high school and above, MMSE>=24 points; within the past three months The daily bed time is between 9 pm and 1 am, and the daily bed time is >= 7 hours every night.

排除标准：

1.目前符合任何一种常见精神障碍（包括重度抑郁发作、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、酒精或药物依赖等）；
2.合并有严重的躯体疾病或脑内器质性病变者；伴其他睡眠障碍；在前3个月夜班或旅行者跨越两个时区；
3.参与试验前至少2周之前服用影响睡眠的药物；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；肥胖者；磁共振成像检查禁忌者。磁共振成像检查禁忌者包括：曾接受过心脏起搏器植入手术、体内有移植物或金属异物、有严重基础疾病、幽闭恐惧症受试者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. It currently meets any common mental disorder (including major depressive episode, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, alcohol or drug dependence, etc.);
2. Complicated with serious physical diseases or organic brain diseases; accompanied by other sleep disorders; night shifts in the first 3 months or travelers crossing two time zones;
3. Take drugs that affect sleep at least 2 weeks before participating in the test; pregnant or breastfeeding women; obese; those who are contraindicated in MRI examinations. Contraindications for MRI examinations include: subjects who have received cardiac pacemaker implantation, have grafts or metal foreign bodies in their bodies, have serious underlying diseases, and are claustrophobic subjects.
