研究目的：

探索出西甲硅油肠道准备时最佳服药时间和服药剂量，在节约成本的同时，可以减少肠道内气泡，提高结肠镜检查的清晰度和肠镜准备质量，提高腺瘤等微小病变的检出率，减轻患者腹胀等不良反应，提高患者舒适度和满意度，减少镜下西甲硅油冲洗的次数，节约操作时间，减少了因内镜清洗消毒不彻底、传播疾病的机率。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the best time and dosage of simethicone for bowel preparation, while saving costs, it can reduce air bubbles in the intestine, improve the clarity of colonoscopy and the quality of colonoscopy preparation, improve the detection rate of small lesions such as adenomas, reduce adverse reactions such as abdominal distension of patients, improve patient comfort and satisfaction, reduce the number of simethicone flushing under the microscope, save operation time, and reduce the probability of disease transmission due to incomplete cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-70岁成年患者，性别不限；
2.进行结肠镜检查的患者；
3.自愿接受试验、检查前签署知情同意书；
4.能够配合，并按照医嘱进行肠道准备的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender;
2. Patients undergoing colonoscopy;
3. Voluntarily accept the test and sign the informed consent before the inspection;
4. Patients who can cooperate and perform bowel preparation according to doctor's orders.

排除标准：

1.6个月内有急性心悸梗死病史的患者；
2.有严重心、肺、脑、肾合并症的患者；
3.肠梗阻患者；
4.慢性便秘病史的患者；
5.既往行结肠癌手术的患者；
6.妊娠及哺乳期的患者；
7.对西甲硅油或山梨醇及其盐类过敏的患者；
8.正在参加其他临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of acute heart palpitations and infarction within 6 months;
2. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain and kidney complications;
3. Patients with intestinal obstruction;
4. Patients with a history of chronic constipation;
5. Patients who have undergone colon cancer surgery in the past;
6. Patients during pregnancy and lactation;
7. Patients who are allergic to simethicone or sorbitol and its salts;
8. Those who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days.
