研究目的：

探索出西甲硅油肠道准备时最佳服药时间和服药剂量，在节约成本的同时，可以减少肠道内气泡，提高结肠镜检查的清晰度和肠镜准备质量，提高腺瘤等微小病变的检出率，减轻患者腹胀等不良反应，提高患者舒适度和满意度，减少镜下西甲硅油冲洗的次数，节约操作时间，减少了因内镜清洗消毒不彻底、传播疾病的机率。  

Objectives of Study：

To find out the best time and dosage of Simethicone when the intestinal tract is accurate, which can save the cost, reduce the air bubble in the intestinal tract, and improve the clarity of colonoscopy and the quality of colonoscopy preparation, to increase the detection rate of small lesions such as Adenomas, reduce the side effects such as abdominal distension, improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients, reduce the times of washing simethicone under microscope, and save operation time, the utility model reduces the probability of transmitting diseases due to incomplete cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18～70岁成年患者，性别不限；②进行结肠镜检查的患者；③自愿接受试验、检查前签署知情同意书；④能够配合，并按照医嘱进行肠道准备的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①adult patient, age 18 to 70 years old, of any sex;②patients undergoing colonoscopy; ③ patients who voluntarily undergo the test and sign an informed consent before examination; ③patients who are able to cooperate and prepare their intestines according to doctor's orders.

排除标准：

①6个月内有急性心悸梗死病史的患者；②有严重心、肺、脑、肾合并症的患者；③肠梗阻患者；④慢性便秘病史的患者；⑤既往行结肠癌手术的患者；⑥妊娠及哺乳期的患者；⑦对西甲硅油或山梨醇及其盐类过敏的患者；⑧正在参加其他临床观察试验或60天内曾参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① patients with a history of acute heart palpitations infarction within 6 months; ②patients with Severe Cardiac, pulmonary, cerebral, and renal complications; ③patients with intestinal obstruction; ④patients with a history of chronic constipation; ⑤patients with previous Colon Cancer Surgery;⑥patients during pregnancy and lactation; ⑦patients who are allergic to simethicone or Sorbitol and its salts; ⑧who are participating in other clinical observation trials or have participated in other clinical trials within 60 days.
