探讨中医疗法治疗肥胖型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效 基于肠道微生态探讨中医疗法非酒精性脂肪肝可能的机制  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on Nonalcoholic fatty liver with obesity; Discussion on the possible mechanism of treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine based on intestinal microecology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合单纯性肥胖症诊断和非酒精性脂肪肝，医生确诊；18-60岁患者，3月内未进行减肥或减重治疗或相关治疗；愿意接受3个月的治疗并愿意配合完成实验的各项指标检测、问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

Comply with Nonalcoholic fatty liver with obesity diagnostic criteria; 18-60 years old patients, no weight loss or weight loss treatment or related treatment within 3 months, willing to accept 3 months of treatment and willing to cooperate with examination and treatment, signed Informed consent.

排除标准：

继发性肥胖，如下丘脑病、垂体病、胰岛病、甲状腺功能减退症、肾上腺皮质功能亢进症、性腺功能减弱症等；
患者有各类严重心、脑血管疾患；
有出血倾向体质病史或临床表现，包括目前正在使用抗凝剂；
最近3月内曾接受其他任何方法减肥治疗者；
服用抗生素或益生菌制剂的患者；
出现明显肝损伤血清转氨酶>正常上限2倍，严重肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary obesity, such as hypothalamic disease, pituitary disease, islet disease, hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction, hypogonadism, etc.;
2. The patient has all kinds of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with a history of haemorrhagic tendencies or clinical manifestations, including current use of anticoagulants;
4. Those who have received any other weight-loss treatment in the last 3 months;
5. Patients taking antibiotics or probiotics;
6. The patient had significant liver injury, ALT>2 times of the normal upper limit, and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
