Objectives of Study：

To explore the underlying influence of vessel wall characteristics on the progression of intracranial atherosclerosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据WHO标准诊断为缺血性卒中；
2.从症状起始到进行高分辨磁共振扫描的间隔时间≤28天。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patietns were diagonosed as ischemic stroke;
2.High resolution MRA scans were performed within 4 weeks post the onset of symptoms.

排除标准：

1.导致此次缺血性卒中的颅内大动脉狭窄原因非颅内动脉粥样硬化；
2.心源性栓子来源；
3.颅外动脉明显狭窄（≥30％）。
4.有脑部肿瘤、颅内动-静脉畸形、动-静脉瘘、颅内动脉瘤、颅内出血。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-aathersclerotic vasculopathy;
2. Evidence of cardioembolism;
3. Evidence of ≥30％ of extracranial stenosis;
4. Evidence of brain tumor, intracranial arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, intracranial aneurysms, intracranial hemorrhage.
