研究目的：

明确中医电针疗法对减轻腹部手术患者术后疼痛的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to clarify the effect of electroacupuncture on relieving postoperative pain in patients with abdominal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁
2.完成腹部手术
3.取得知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18
2. Complete abdominal surgery
3. Obtaining informed consent

排除标准：

1.手术部位感染
2.针灸穴位处存在皮损红肿感染
3.出现术后并发症，如出血、穿孔、梗阻、腹腔间隔室综合征
4.术前半年内规律使用止痛药物
5.合并心律失常或使用起搏器等心血管疾病
6.术前6周内接受针灸治疗
7.神志不清
8.妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Surgical site infection
2. There were skin lesions, redness, and infection at acupuncture points
3. Postoperative complications, such as bleeding, perforation, obstruction, abdominal compartment syndrome
4. Regular use of analgesic drugs within half a year before operation
5. Cardiovascular diseases such as arrhythmia or pacemaker
6. Receive acupuncture treatment within 6 weeks before operation
7. Delirium
8. Pregnancy
