研究目的：

目前我们的研究对PMC治疗TN过程中心脑血管指标进行详尽记录、分析及探讨来探寻操作过程中PMC可能诱发TCR的因素  

Objectives of Study：

At present, our study has recorded, analyzed and explored the cardio-cerebrovascular indices during the treatment of TN with PMC to explore the factors that may induce TCR during the operation of PMC.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者经过临床观察知情告知后同意进行实验的患者；原发的三叉神经痛患者，非继发性三叉神经痛患者(如：颅内肿瘤占位)；心肺功能正常.

Inclusion criteria

Patients who had agreed to be experimented after informed clinical observation; patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia, non secondary trigeminal neuralgia (such as intracranial tumor occupying), and normal cardiopulmonary function.

排除标准：

心动过缓患者(<50bpm)； 有精神心理或神经方面疾病；有严重的心、肺、脑、肾疾病； 有试验用药过敏的患者；外籍患者；文盲、语言难以沟通、不合作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with bradycardia (<50bpm); psychic or neurologic diseases; serious heart, lung, brain and kidney diseases; patients with allergic drug use; foreign patients; illiterate, language difficult to communicate, and uncooperative patients.
