利用声辐射脉冲测定胰腺弹性，同时收集相应临床资料和生化指标，探究利用胰腺弹性值（SWV）早期反应糖尿病微血管病变的可能性

纳入标准：

符合1999年世界卫生组织诊断糖尿病标准且自愿作为实验对象接受相关检查的2型糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Fulfils the World Health Organization criteria established in 1999 and volunteered as an experimental object

排除标准：

①患有肝脏、肾脏和心脏疾病；②急性或者慢性胰腺炎；③胰腺肿物的病史；④胰腺手术史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have history of liver, kidney, or heart disease;
2. acute or chronic pancreatitis;
3. pancreatic masses;
4. a history of pancreatic operation.
