研究目的：

1.预见严重骨性II类错颌有关的OSAHS导致的神经系统损害，及其与上气道生理的关联机制； 2.探索骨性II类错颌畸形引发OSAHS的病理生理，得出牙颌面改变与上气道生理变化之间的规律。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To predict the neurological damage caused by OSAHS associated with severe Class II malocclusion and its mechanism of association with upper airway physiology; 2. To explore the pathophysiology of OSAHS caused by Class II malocclusion, and obtain the rule between dentofacial changes and upper airway physiological changes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.骨性I类；
2.严重骨性II类；
3.年龄18岁~45岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Bone Class I;
2. Severe Bone Class II;
3. Aged 18 to 45 years old.

排除标准：

1.BMI＞30；
2.伴有糖尿病、高血压、心脑血管疾病等系统性疾病；
3.唇腭裂；
4.扁桃体、腺样体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI> 30;
2. Accompanied by systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Combined with cleft lip and palate;
4. Combined withtonsil and adenoid diseases.
