研究目的：

本研究将在前期研究工作基础上，运用1H-MRS检测关键区域代谢因子的谱峰及比值，靶向支持可能存在的神经元或神经胶质的损伤，预见严重骨性II类错颌有关的OSAHS导致的神经系统损害，及其与上气道生理的关联机制；期待通过观察不同治疗策略治疗骨性II类错颌畸形给上气道生理及中枢神经系统代谢因子定量评价的差异性影响，探索骨性II类错颌畸形引发OSAHS的病理生理，得出牙颌面改变与上气道生理变化之间的规律，为临床优化治疗策略提供循证医学的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the previous research work, this study will use 1H-MRS to detect the peaks and ratios of metabolic factors in key areas, target support for possible neuronal or glial damage, and predict severe skeletal Class II malocclusion related The nervous system damage caused by OSAHS and its associated mechanism with upper airway physiology; expect to observe the differential influence of different treatment strategies on the quantitative evaluation of upper airway physiology and central nervous system metabolic factors in the treatment of skeletal class II malocclusion. Exploring the pathophysiology of OSAHS caused by skeletal Class II malocclusion, drawing up the rules between dento-maxillofacial changes and upper airway physiological changes, and providing evidence-based medicine for clinical optimization of treatment strategies.

纳入标准：

骨性I类，严重骨性II类，18岁~45岁

Inclusion criteria

Bone Class I, Severe Bone Class II, 18 to 45 years old

排除标准：

体块指数（身高/体重2）＞30；伴有糖尿病、高血压、心脑血管疾病等系统性疾病；唇腭裂；扁桃体、腺样体疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Body mass index (height/weight2)> 30; accompanied by systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; cleft lip and palate; tonsil and adenoid diseases
