研究目的：

探讨Er，Cr：YSGG（铒、铬:钇钪镓石榴石）激光辅助龈下刮治和根面平整术治疗2型糖尿病伴牙周炎的临床、生化和细菌学疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical, biochemical and bacteriological efficacy of Er, Cr:YSGG(Erbium, Chromium: Yttrium-Scandium-Gallium- Garnet) laser assisted subgingival scaling and root planing in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with periodontitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.牙周炎：参照2017年Tonetti Maurizio等推荐的诊断标准，诊断为Ⅱ-Ⅳ期牙周炎，口内余留牙不少于16颗(不包括第三磨牙)，至少有4个牙齿的牙周袋深度≥5 mm，附着丧失≥5 mm且BOP阳性；
2.2型糖尿病：参照1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准诊断为2型糖尿病，病程至少1年以上，糖化血红蛋白A1c（Glycated hemoglobin A1c，GHbAlc≤11.00％）；
3.病情稳定；
4.近期用药、饮食和运动习惯均无改变。

Inclusion criteria

1. Periodontitis: according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by Tonetti Maurizio et al. In 2017, it was diagnosed as stage II - IV periodontitis, there were no less than 16 remaining teeth (excluding the third molars), at least 4 teeth with periodontal pocket depth >= 5 mm, attachment loss >= 5 mm and BOP positive;
2. Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes: according to the diagnostic criteria of WHO diabetes in 1999, the course of disease should be at least one year, glycated hemoglobin A1c(GHbAlc) < 11%);
3. Stable disease;
4. Recently, there was no change in medication, diet and exercise habits.

排除标准：

1.6个月内有抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药或激素类药物治疗史；
2.6个月内有牙周治疗史或内外科手术史；
3.严重糖尿病心血管并发症及患有除糖尿病以外的系统性疾病，如心血管疾病、类风湿病、心内膜炎、肾病综合症、恶性肿瘤等；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.全身状况较差，不能接受牙周检查和（或）治疗者；
6.吸烟者；
7.不能按期复诊者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There was a history of antibiotics, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs within 6 months;
2. There was a history of periodontal treatment or surgery within 6 months;
3. With serious diabetic cardiovascular complications or suffering from systemic diseases other than diabetes, such as cardiovascular diseases, rheumatoid diseases, endocarditis, nephrotic syndrome, malignant tumors, etc.;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. The patients with poor general condition could not receive periodontal examination and / or treatment;
6. Smokers;
7. Those who can't return visit on schedule.
