研究目的：

通过观察针刺治疗儿童孤独症脑区神经纤维束弥散张量成像、神经电生理检测、核心症状评分改变，进而探讨针刺治疗儿童孤独症核心症状影像学和电生理检测方面的作用机制、讨论针刺治疗儿童孤独症核心症状的中医理论。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the changes of diffusion tensor imaging of nerve fiber bundle in the brain region of children with autism treated by acupuncture, neuroelectrophysiological detection and core symptom score, this paper discusses the mechanism of acupuncture in treating the core symptoms of children with autism in terms of imaging and electrophysiological detection, and discusses the TCM theory of acupuncture in treating the core symptoms of children with autism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中医诊断标准和 DSM-5 的诊断标准者；
2.儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）评分>30 分者；
3.年龄在 2 岁~6 岁；
4.家属或监护人知情同意，能接受既定的治疗方案及要求(时间、频率等).

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet TCM diagnostic criteria and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria;(2) Children with Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score > 30;(3) between 2 and 6 years old;(4) No bleeding tendency; (5) No contraindications to MRI examination;(6) The family members or guardians have informed consent to accept the established treatment plan and requirements (time, frequency, etc.)

排除标准：

1.排除 Asperger 综合征、Rett 综合症、Heller 综合征及儿童瓦解性精神障碍者；
2.有急慢性传染病者；
3.有心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病患儿；
4.合并有儿童多动症、抽动症等行为障碍疾病及儿童精神发育迟滞、儿童精神分裂症等患儿；
5.听力障碍者及癫痫频繁发作者；
6.强烈抵抗，持续哭闹不止，不能配合治疗患儿；
7.神志不清，行为怪异或不能控制，在针刺过程中易发生医疗意外的患儿；
8.参加其他临床试验的患儿；
9.出血倾向；
10.有MRI检查禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with Asperger syndrome, Rett syndrome, Heller syndrome and children with disruptive mental disorder were excluded;(2) People with acute or chronic infectious diseases;(3) Children with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;(4) Children with ADHD, Tourette Syndrome and other behavioral disorders, mental retardation and schizophrenia;(5) Patients with hearing impairment and patients with frequent epilepsy;(6) Strong resistance, continuous crying, unable to cooperate with the treatment of children;(7) children who are delirious, behave strangely or cannot be controlled, and are prone to medical accidents during the acupuncture process;(8) Children participating in other clinical trials.
