研究目的：

对血尿酸水平与C肽释放特征有关参数进行分析，明确2型糖尿病C肽递增或倍增式调节释放与血尿酸水平的关联意义，指导临床。  

Objectives of Study：

We sought to assess the risk of elevated uric acid levels with the characteristics of serum C-peptide releasein patients with T2DM, and to clarify the significance of the increasing or multiplying effects of C-peptide release and the level of uric acid in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to guide clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断的2型糖尿病患者；
2. 既往病历包含完整空腹血清C肽与口服75g葡萄糖试验的餐后2小时血清C肽数值；
3. 既往病历包含完整DM史、高血压病史、烟酒状况、BMI等完整患者个人信息；
4. 既往病历包含血尿酸、血肌酐、TC、TG、HDL-c、LDL-c等生化检验结果。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus;
2. The previous medical records included the complete fasting serum C-peptide and the 2-hour postprandial serum C-peptide values of the oral 75g glucose test;
3. Past medical records include complete DM history, hypertension history, smoking and alcohol status, BMI and other complete patients personal information;
4. The previous medical records contained the results of serum uric acid, serum creatinine, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and other biochemical tests.

排除标准：

1. 临床诊断的1型糖尿病患者；
2. 既往确诊肿瘤、血液病、严重感染疾病；
3. 孕妇；
4. 既往确诊急性或慢性胰腺炎、胰腺癌，或胰腺术后；
5. 以糖尿病酮症酸中毒或糖尿病高糖高渗综合征入院；
6. 既往应用影响免疫功能药物如糖皮质激素、单克隆抗体、干扰素等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with clinically diagnosed type 1 diabetes mellitus;
2. Previous diagnosis of tumor, blood disease, serious infectious diseases;
3. Pregnant women;
4. Previous diagnosis of acute or chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, or pancreatic surgery;
5. Diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome;
6. The previous application of drugs affecting immune function, such as glucocorticoids, monoclonal antibodies, interferon, etc.
