研究目的：

通过比较分析本院标本中，弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B cell lymphoma, DLBCL）和黏膜相关淋巴组织（mucosa associated lymphoid tissue, MALT）淋巴瘤中Ki-67免疫组化（immunohistochemistry, IHC）的染色情况，探索不同切片厚度对Ki-67阳性表达的影响，以筛选出临床IHC工作中最优切片厚度。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing and analyzing the immunohistochemical (immunohistochemistry, IHC) staining of Ki-67 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma ((diffuse large B cell lymphoma, DLBCL)) and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue ((mucosa associated lymphoid tissue, MALT)) lymphoma in our hospital, to explore the effect of different slice thickness on the positive expression of Ki-67, in order to screen the optimal slice thickness in clinical IHC work.

纳入标准：

由2名以上病理专家重新共同阅片并明确诊断为粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤或弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤。

Inclusion criteria

The film was re-read by more than 2 pathologists and diagnosed as mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

排除标准：

诊断不明确的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Cases with unclear diagnosis.
