研究目的：

口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤根治术后造成的软硬组织缺损不仅影响外形美观，同时造成言语和吞咽等功能的减弱。随着修复性重建外科及显微外科的发展，游离皮瓣移植逐渐成熟。口腔颌面部游离皮瓣转移修复不仅要消灭死腔，还要提供满意的外形，最大程度地恢复口腔功能。一系列游离血管化皮瓣都可应用于口腔颌面部缺损修复，可用的组织瓣类型多样，常用的有前臂皮瓣、股前外侧穿支皮瓣、颏下岛状皮瓣，而近几年来，基于旋髂浅动脉穿支皮瓣在头颈部缺损中的应用也得到发展，具有可获取皮瓣面积大和无毛发等优点，本研究着眼于这一皮瓣移植技术，希望找到一种更理想的修复舌癌手术后缺损的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Soft and hard tissue defects caused after radical resection of oral and maxillofacial malignancies not only affect esthetic appearance but also cause weakening of functions such as speech and swallowing.With the development of reparative reconstructive surgery and microsurgery, free flap transplantation has gradually matured.Oral maxillofacial free flap transfer repair should not only obliterate dead space, but also provide a satisfactory contour to maximize recovery of oral function.A series of free vascularized flaps are available for oral and maxillofacial defect repair, and the types of tissue flaps available are various, with forearm flap, anterolateral femoral perforator flap, submental island flap being commonly used, while in recent years, the use of superficial circumflex iliac perforator based flaps in head and neck defects has also evolved, with the advantages of large accessible flap area and hair less,This study focuses on this flap grafting technique with the hope of finding a more ideal method for repairing defects after tongue cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）原发性舌癌；
（2）舌癌切除术后需游离皮瓣修复缺损；
（2）自愿参加本研究并签署《患者知情同意书》；
（3）无其他合并症；
（4）无认知功能障碍，能自行或在他人帮助下正确理解量表相关内容并作出回答；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Primary tongue carcinoma;

(2) The defect needs to be repaired with a free flap after tongue cancer resection;

(2) Volunteered to participate in this study and signed the patient informed consent form;

(3) No other comorbidities;

(4) No cognitive impairment, ability to correctly understand and respond to scale related content on their own or with the help of others;

排除标准：

（1）曾患有其他部位的恶性肿瘤或全身严重疾病；
（2）术前发音、咀嚼和进食功能存在障碍；
（3）癌症远处转移患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Had previous malignant tumors of other sites or systemic severe disease;

(2) There were impairments in articulation, chewing, and eating functions preoperatively;

(3) Patients with distant metastasis of cancer;
