研究目的：

通过健康管理手段干预鼾症患者的危险因素，改变患者的运动方式、饮食结构以降低其体质指数，进而纠正鼾症患者睡眠中低血氧状态、改善睡眠质量、以达到改善症状的目的；观察鼾症患者并发慢性疾病的缓解情况，是否能够达到降低其合并症的目的。通过干预前后对比评估其干预效果，分析可行性，评估是否可以推广应用为鼾症的日常健康管理项目。  

Objectives of Study：

Intervene the risk factors of snoring patients through health management means, change the exercise mode and diet structure of patients to reduce their body index, and then correct the low blood oxygen state during sleep, improve sleep quality and improve symptoms; To observe the remission of snoring patients complicated with chronic diseases, whether it can achieve the purpose of reducing their complications. Evaluate the intervention effect before and after intervention, analyze the feasibility, and evaluate whether it can be popularized and applied as a daily health management project of snoring.

纳入标准：

1.有打鼾主诉客户；或者无自觉打鼾，但有明显夜间睡眠质量欠佳，日间疲惫易倦客户；
2.查体明显咽腔狭小、舌体肥厚、咽部粘膜臃肿客户。

Inclusion criteria

1. Customers who complain of snoring; or who do not consciously snoring, but have obvious poor sleep quality at night and are tired and tired during the day;
2. The physical examination showed that the pharyngeal cavity is narrow, the tongue is hypertrophic, and the pharyngeal mucosa is bloated.

排除标准：

1.中枢性睡眠暂停低通气者；
2.明显阻塞性因素需要手术治疗者如扁桃体肥大、腺样体肥大、鼻息肉者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Central sleep apnea hypopnea;
2. Obvious obstructive factors requiring surgical treatment such as tonsil hypertrophy, adenoid hypertrophy, and nasal polyps.
