通过本课题研究，深入探讨持续质量改进对浙江省ICU VTE防控水平的影响，为以后开展VTE持续质量改进提供更加科学的客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the effect of continuous quality improvement on the prevention and control level of VTE in ICU of Zhejiang Province is deeply discussed, which will provide more scientific and objective basis for future continuous quality improvement of VTE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁的ICU患者；
2.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.ICU patients over 18 years old;
2.Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.入住ICU前已经被确诊为DVT或肺栓塞；
2.预计入住ICU时间小于48小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1.DVT or pulmonary embolism had been diagnosed before admission to ICU;
2.The expected ICU stay was less than 48 hours.
