研究目的：

通过胃超声评估高流量鼻导管吸氧和普通鼻导管吸氧对产妇胃容积的影响，以评估剖宫产手术时运用高流量鼻导管吸氧产妇的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety of women using high-flow nasal oxygen inhalation during cesarean section.The effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen and nasal cannula oxygen inhalation on maternal gastric volume was evaluated by gastric ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA II-III 级；
2.年龄 18-45 岁；
3.BMI 18 - 35；
4.孕周大于 37 周健康单胎，腰麻下行择期剖宫产手术的产妇。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA II-III;
2.Aged 18 to 45 years;
3.BMI 18-35;
4.Gestational age greater than 37 weeks, healthy singleton parturients, undergo elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.其他已知的胃排空障碍或不排除胃食管反流病患者；
2.胎儿宫内窘迫或预测新生儿出生体重低于2500g 的产妇；
3.合并全身系统性疾病或慢性疾病的产妇；
4.存在呼吸系统合并症可能会影响呼吸和气体交换结果；
5.患者只能经口呼吸；
6.椎管内麻醉禁忌的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other known gastric emptying disorders or patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease are not excluded;
2.Intrauterine distress or pregnant women whose birth weight is less than 2500g;
3.Parturients with systemic diseases or chronic diseases;
4.The presence of respiratory comorbidities may affect the results of breathing and gas exchange;
5.The patient can only breathe through the mouth;
6.Parturients whose spinal anesthesia is contraindicated.
