研究目的：

运用肌筋膜放松术减轻产后会阴水肿，从而减轻会阴疼痛，增加髋关节活动度，增加产妇的舒适程度，促进早期下床活动，生活自理能力增高，促进产妇的早期康复,提高产妇满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

Myofascial relaxation was used to reduce postpartum perineal edema, thereby reducing perineal pain, increasing hip mobility, increasing maternal comfort, promoting early bedtime activities, increasing the ability to care for oneself, promoting early maternal recovery, and improving maternal satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

在我院经阴道分娩且无妊娠合并症及并发症的产妇

Inclusion criteria

Women who deliver vaginally in our hospital without pregnancy complications or complications

排除标准：

妊娠高血压、糖尿病、肾病综合征等疾病，产前会阴水肿和痛疼症状，会阴三度、四度裂伤缝合。

Exclusion criteria：

Gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, nephrotic syndrome, prenatal perineal edema and painful symptoms, stitches for third- and fourth-degree perineal lacerations.
