研究目的：

本项目旨在寻找先天性马蹄内翻足的遗传病因：对先天性马蹄内翻足的患儿，通过新一代测序技术和家系分析，查找与疾病可能相关的遗传学病因。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to find the genetic etiology of congenital varus foot: for children with congenital varus foot, the new generation sequencing technology and family analysis are used to find the genetic etiology that may be related to the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确诊断患有先天性马蹄内翻足的患者及其家系；
2.已经自愿签署遗传学检测及咨询《知情同意书》 的患者及其家系。

Inclusion criteria

1. A clear diagnosis of patients with congenital clubfoot and their families;
2. Patients and their families who have voluntarily signed the genetic testing and consultation "Informed Consent".

排除标准：

1.样本中混入其他个体细胞或组织(样本污染)；
2.受检者在近期(半年内)接受过异体输血、器官移植手术、干细胞治疗等；
3.受检者或其监护人未提供的真实、准确的亲缘关系信息；
4.已确定遗传学病因者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The sample is mixed with other individual cells or tissues (sample contamination);
2. The subject has received allogeneic blood transfusion, organ transplantation, stem cell therapy, etc. recently (within six months);
3. True and accurate relative information not provided by the subject or his guardian;
4. The genetic etiology has been determined.
