研究膜引导性骨再生技术在前交叉韧带重建中预防骨隧道扩大的效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of membrane-induced bone regeneration technique in ACLR.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

以前交叉韧带断裂为主要诊断，经MRI、镜下确诊为前交叉韧带断裂的患者。

Inclusion criteria

ACL injury confirmed by MRI or arthroscopy.

排除标准：

膝关节多韧带损伤，无法镜下修补的半月板撕裂，ACL断裂合并胫骨平台骨折，ACL断裂合并严重的骨性关节炎，患膝既往有手术史等。

Exclusion criteria：

Multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint; meniscus tear that cannot be repaired; ACL rupture combined with tibial plateau fracture; ACL rupture combined with severe osteoarthritis; previous surgery history of the affected knee.
