研究目的：

高血糖是宫腔镜手术中使用5%的葡萄糖水作为膨宫液的常见并发症，然而目前对此类手术患者术中高血糖的控制水平不明，本研究拟通过回顾性的分析评估此类患者围术期的血糖控制情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The hyperglycemia is a common occurrence undergoing hysteroscopic surgery with dextrose 5%. However, there are limited information on the target perioperative blood glucose level in hysteroscopic surgery.In this study, therefore, we aim to share our experience with an observational research on target perioperative blood glucose level in hysteroscopic surgery. .

纳入标准：

实施宫腔镜手术中使用5%葡萄糖水作为膨宫液的非糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Non-diabetic patients undergoing operative hysteroscopy with 5% Dextrose in Water

排除标准：

术中未发生高血糖的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients without hyperglycemia during the operative hysteroscopy
