研究目的：

探讨依托咪酯联合艾氯胺酮麻醉诱导对心脏瓣膜手术患者围术期应激和炎症反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of etomidate combined with ketamine anesthesia induction on perioperative stress and inflammation in patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师协会 (ASA)：II-III级；
2.有手术指征者；
3.肝肾功能正常者；
4.凝血功能正常者；
5.全部患者家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA): grade II-III; There are indications for operation; The liver and kidney function were normal; The coagulation function was normal. All patients' family members voluntarily signed informed consent

排除标准：

1.有感染性疾病和血液系统疾病者；
2.血乳酸升高或代谢紊乱者；
3.患有活动性出血、严重颅内高压、高血压和急性心肌梗塞者；
4.有手术禁忌症史者；
5.有麻醉药禁忌史者；
6.伴有严重感染及重要器官（脑、肺等）功能异常者；
7.因精神障碍或心理疾病不能配合调查人员的。

Exclusion criteria：

infectious diseases and hematological diseases. Patients with elevated blood lactic acid or metabolic disorder; Patients with active hemorrhage, severe intracranial hypertension, hypertension and acute myocardial infarction; Patients with history of surgical contraindications; History of contraindication to narcotic drugs; Patients with severe infection and dysfunction of important organs (brain, lung, etc.); Unable to cooperate with the investigators due to mental disorder or mental illness
