观察不同突变类型的肾上腺脑白质营养不良患儿的临床特征及脑电图特点  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the clinical characteristics and electroencephalogram characteristics of children with different mutation types of adrenal leukodystrophy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.6月-18岁；2.发育落后或倒退；3.头颅核磁显示脑白质病变；4.基因检测示ABCD1基因突变；

Inclusion criteria

1.6 months to 18 years old; 2. Developmental retardation or regression; 3. Head MRI shows brain white matter lesions; 4. Genetic testing shows ABCD1 gene mutation;

排除标准：

1.缺氧及感染引起的脑白质改变；2.异染性脑白质营养不良；3.佩梅氏病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. White matter changes caused by hypoxia and infection; 2. Metachromatic leukodystrophy; 3.Pelizaeus-Merzbacherdisease
