研究目的：

1. 初步了解济南市历下区居民甲状腺结节的患病率，了解甲状腺结节在济南市人群中的分布特点。 2. 通过分析怒的不同表达方式与甲状腺结节发病的关系，探究怒的不同表达成分对甲状腺结节发病的不同影响。 3. 通过分析怒的不同表达方式在甲状腺结节发病中的作用，为制定更有效的中医药手段预防和延缓甲状腺结节的发生发展提供流行病学及理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To preliminarily understand the prevalence of thyroid nodules in residents of Lixia District of Jinan City, and to understand the distribution characteristics of thyroid nodules in the population of Ji'nan City. 2. Through the analysis of the relationship between different expressions of anger and the incidence of thyroid nodule, to explore the different effects of different expression components of anger on the incidence of thyroid nodule. 3. By analyzing the role of different expressions of anger in the incidence of thyroid nodule, it provides epidemiological and theoretical basis for the development of more effective TCM methods to prevent and delay the occurrence and development of thyroid nodule.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，年龄18-60岁。
2.甲状腺功能（TSH、FT3、FT4）正常。
3.可独立签署知情同意书，并可配合完成量表填写、甲状腺超声检查及抽血化验。
4.甲状腺超声检查显示患有甲状腺结节。

Inclusion criteria

1. No gender limitation, aged 18-60 years.
2. Normal thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4).
3. Can independently sign the informed consent, and can cooperate with the completion of the scale filling, thyroid ultrasound examination and blood test.
4. Ultrasound of thyroid reveals thyroid nodules.

排除标准：

1.正在服用治疗甲状腺疾病药物或有甲状腺手术史者；
2.有精神障碍性疾病者；
3.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
4.不愿接受研究措施或其他原因不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are taking medication for thyroid disease or have thyroid surgery history;
2. Patients with mental disorders;
3. Pregnant and lactating women;
4. Unwilling to accept research measures or unable to cooperate for other reasons.
