研究目的：

本研究拟观察癌痛患者血浆及血清 GDNF 变化与患者癌性疼痛及抑郁行为之间的关系，并探索可能的分子机制，为癌症患者疼痛、抑郁等并发症的评估及姑息治疗提供实验室依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the relationship between plasma and serum GDNF in patients with cancer pain and cancer pain and depression behaviors, and explore possible molecular mechanisms to provide laboratory evidence for the assessment of pain, depression, and other complications of cancer patients and palliative care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.恶性肿瘤患者病理学诊断和/或全身骨扫描确诊骨转移（40-70岁）；b.癌性疼痛持续时间≥3个月；c.疼痛评分≥4分

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor patients and/or diagnosis of bone metastasis by whole-body bone scan (40-70 years old);
2. Duration of cancer pain ≥ 3 months;
3. Pain score ≥ 4 points.

排除标准：

a.合并严重心肺疾病、严重肝肾功能损害、严重贫血及神经系统疾病；b.癌性疼痛发生前已合并抑郁症；c.疼痛评分<4分

Exclusion criteria：

1. with severe heart and lung disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe anemia and nervous system diseases; 2. depression before the onset of cancer pain.
