研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机试验比较腹腔镜下远端胃癌D2根治术uncut Roux-en-Y吻合、改良Billroth II吻合与传统Billroth II吻合三种不同吻合方式对于患者术后营养状态，远期并发症，生活质量的不同，为选择远端胃癌根治性切除术后理想的消化道重建方式提供可靠的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of prospective randomized trials of laparoscopic Uncut Roux-en-Y anastomosis, improved Billroth II anastomosis and traditional Billroth II anastomosis in distal gastectomy for postoperative nutritional status of patients, long-term complications, different life Quality, for the choice of radical gastrectomy after radical resection of the ideal way to provide reliable evidence-based medical evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理诊断明确，由外科医师及影像学医师评估切除的可能性。
（2）既往无合并其他恶性肿瘤病史。
（3） 已签署患者知情同意书；
（4） 年龄18~80岁，男性或女性病人；
（5） 心肺肝肾功能基本正常，ECOG身体状况评分0~1分（详见附录）；
（6） 临床医生判断病人不需要紧急手术；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathological diagnosis clearly, by the surgeon and imaging physician to assess the possibility of resection.
(2) no history of other malignancies;
(3) has signed the patient informed consent;
(4) Aged 18 to 80 years old, male or female patient;
(5) cardiopulmonary liver and kidney function was normal, ECOG physical condition score of 0 to 1 points.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（2）肝脏、肺、骨、等远处转移；
（3） 锁骨上淋巴结、盆底或卵巢种、腹膜播散等；
（4）大量腹水、恶液质；
（5） 患有其他严重疾病，包括心血管、呼吸、肾脏、或肝脏疾病，合并控制不良的高血压、糖尿病的患者；
（6） 精神障碍或疾病；
（7）入选前4周内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验的患者；
（8）曾接受过手术，且其影响尚未消除的患者；
（9）胃或食道恶性肿瘤病史，包括间质瘤、肉瘤、淋巴瘤、类癌；
（10）合并活动性感染的患者(感染引起38℃以上发热)；
（11） 患者依从性差或研究者考虑患者依从性差；
（12） 有研究者认为的其他临床、实验室情况病人不宜参加该项试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant or lactating women;
(2) liver, lung, bone, and other distant metastasis;
(3) supraclavicular lymph nodes, pelvic floor or ovarian species, peritoneal spread;
(4) a lot of ascites, cachexia;
(5) suffering from other serious diseases, including cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, or liver disease, combined with poor control of hypertension, diabetes patients;
(6) mental disorders or diseases;
(7) patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within the first 4 weeks of enrollment;
(8) patients who have undergone surgery and whose effects have not been eliminated;
(9) history of gastric or esophageal malignancies, including stromal tumors, sarcoma, lymphoma, carcinoid;
(10) combined with active infection in patients (infection caused by fever above 38 degree C);
(11) patients with poor compliance or the researchers considered poor patient compliance;
(12) With other clinical and laboratory conditions that the investigators believe should not participate in the trial.

由本研究的统计专业人员进行随机，采用差异性随机对照试验设计。操作步骤：（1）编号：将患者1到177编号；（2）获取随机数字：从随机数字表中任意一个数开始，沿同一方向顺序获取每个患者一个随机数字；（3）求余数：随机数除以组数求余数。若整除则余数取组数；（4）分组：按余数分组；（5）调整：假如共有n例待调整，需要从中抽取1例，便续抄一个随机数，除以n后将得到的余数作为所抽患者的序号（若整数则余数为n）。
